The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, making live demonstrations possible. The line is complete and starts with the storage of potato flakes. These are subsequently mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients – for which an additional big bag station is available. After freezing, the product is weighed by a multihead weigher and packed in doypack pouches. It then passes through the pasteurization tunnel, ensuring a longer shelf life. The packaging is subsequently dried with an air blower. Finally, a weight and metal detection check is carried out before the products are automatically packed into cartons via a repacking machine.
