This NIKO VP11e is a horizontal pneumatic (membrane) press for whole or destemmed grapes, built in 2008 by NIKO (Nikolaj Šraml s.p., Podnanos, Slovenia). The press is made entirely of stainless steel and runs a fully automatic, multi-stage pressing program once started: grapes are loaded through the two perforated cylinder doors or axially, an internal membrane inflates against the load to extract juice at progressively increasing pressure, and the cylinder rotates between stages to break up ("crumble") the pressed cake ahead of the next drain cycle. Juice drains into a wheeled collection pan under the cylinder with a pump connection; pomace is discharged by rotating the open door face-down over the pan.

• The smaller additives are pre-weighed and fed into trough screw conveyor 1 via the additive hopper using a travelling carriage from big bags.
• Subsequently, the main material is conveyed into the mixer via trough screw conveyor 1 until the desired total weight of 4,500 kg is reached.
• After that, the feed is stopped via the trough screw conveyor.
• The mixing process then takes place according to the requirements. In our application, the mixing time was approximately 20 minutes.
• After the mixing process is complete, the material is discharged via trough screw conveyor 2. To do this, the direction of rotation of the drive motor is switched at the control panel and the discharge screw conveyor is switched on.
• The finished mixture can then be filled directly into containers or loaded into transport vehicles (in our case, a push-off trailer or manure spreader).
Mixing process based on weight percentages
1. The main material is fed into the trough screw conveyor via the large stainless steel hopper, which then conveys the material into the mixer. In our case, this consisted of solid components from biogas waste.

Description
Offered is an industrial FISA ultrasonic cleaning system for cleaning and maintaining large injection molds, die-casting molds, and other molds, as well as heavy components.
The system consists of three stations arranged one behind the other for ultrasonic cleaning, cold rinsing, drying, and preservation. The design is intended for workpieces or molds with a weight of up to 2,200 kg.
The VST 1200 cleaning station is designed as a noise-insulated INSON version. It features a pneumatically operated hinged cover, automatic water supply, safety float switch, vapor extraction with fans, and an adjustable timer.
The ultrasonic generation is provided by two FISA USM 28/R generators and four MAGNASONIC transducers FB 550 PLAN.
