Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, CORMAK HBS320 Metal Band Saw – Precision and Reliable Cutting The CORMAK HBS320 metal band saw is an efficient and professional solution for workshops and industrial facilities that require a reliable machine for precise cutting of pipes, profiles, and solid metal materials. Its robust construction, wide cutting angle adjustment range, and compatibility with material feeding equipment make it a versatile metal band saw for production and service applications. Main Advantages of the Machine - Cutting angles from -45° to +60° – enables mitre cutting in both directions without the need to reposition the material. - Powerful 1.5 kW motor – provides high power and stable operation, even when cutting hard materials. - Cast iron saw arm – resistant to vibrations and heavy loads, ensuring accuracy and long service life. - Precision blade guides – equipped with bearings and carbide inserts to extend blade life. - Safe operation – protective guards and safety microswitches protect the operator and stop the drive when necessary. - Cooling system with electric pump – improves cutting efficiency and facilitates chip removal. Construction and Technology The metal band saw features a welded steel frame and a stable base with an integrated coolant tray. The cast iron saw arm ensures the rigidity of the entire cutting system. Cutting is performed using a gravity-feed system controlled by oil flow through a hydraulic cylinder. The quick-clamping vice and movable bed allow efficient and secure material positioning. The machine offers two blade speeds: 44 and 88 m/min, as well as stepless adjustment of the saw arm feed rate. Cutting Precision and Efficiency Thanks to its robust blade guiding system, the metal band saw maintains high cutting accuracy, even during intensive operation. The cooling system, equipped with a separate coolant tank and pump, helps reduce cutting temperatures and minimise blade wear. Automatic drive shut-off after completion of the cutting cycle prevents excessive wear of the drive components. Applications The CORMAK HBS320 band saw for pipes and profiles is designed for cutting structural steel, stainless steel, tool steel, copper, aluminium, and plastics. It is ideal for metalworking workshops, toolrooms, steel structure fabrication companies, and small-batch or custom production facilities.
