Condition: used, Year of construction: 2016, functionality: fully functional, BAC VXC S455 evaporative condenser, R134a, s/n H150832701 Used 5 units Baltimore Aircoil International (BAC) VXC S455 evaporative condenser, built 2015, serial number H150832701. Made in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium. It is an evaporative condenser: hot refrigerant vapour enters the coils inside the unit, water is sprayed over the coil surface, and centrifugal fans draw air through the pack. The refrigerant condenses and returns to the refrigeration plant. No separate water-cooled condenser is required on the chiller. The unit has twin R134a heat-exchanger coils (circuits A and B) and a centrifugal fan section. It was installed on a rooftop as the heat-rejection side of a refrigeration / chilled-water plant. Manufacturer: Baltimore Aircoil International nv Model: VXC S455 Serial number: H150832701 Year of manufacture: 2015 Type: induced-draft evaporative condenser Vessel type code: PED C100 Refrigerant: R134a Coil volume: 932 L per coil (A and B) Design pressure: −1 / 23 bar Test pressure: 34 bar Design temperature: −20 / +120 °C Fan overall efficiency (nameplate): 59.05% Marking: CE BAC catalogue figures for VXC S455 Base heat rejection: approx. 1,961 kW Operating weight: approx. 11,270 kg Shipping weight: approx. 8,125 kg Dimensions: approx. 5,385 × 2,397 × 4,248 mm Air flow: approx. 34.9 m³/s Fan motor: 1 × 30 kW Spray water: approx. 38.5 l/s, pump 1 × 4 kW Application Heat rejection for industrial chillers and refrigeration plants on R134a. A natural match for the Star Refrigeration package water chillers (contract 100663, 840 kg R134a charge): discharge gas goes to the BAC coils, liquid returns to the chiller. Condition and sale Ijdpfx Ahszz Sidjbjtn Used industrial equipment, removed / being removed from site. Price on request. Can be sold with the Star chillers or as a standalone condenser. Model, serial number and pressures are taken from the factory plates; actual capacity at the new site depends on condensing temperature and ambient wet bulb.
