The built-in controller with a large, transparent display is operated intuitively. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system which allows it to work under harsh conditions in three shifts. Pronciple of operation The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and part edges using laser heat. Once the device is started and set up, the welding gun is applied at the beginning of the future welding line. Then, when the handle trigger is pressed, the beam is produced in the source and fed via a fibre optic cable to the gun head. The beam is focused and emitted towards the welding wire which feeds (via a feeder) to the contact point. Then, when the trigger is activated, the gun must travel along the welding line according to the wire feed rate. A water-circulated cooling system ensures a constant operating temperature of the source and gun. Radiation emission levels and cooling are controlled by a controller which adjustes the values according to user parameters.
