A very robust machine that operates on air and 220V, plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to get this machine running. This can also be supplied with the machine. For this, we recommend a minimum 12L version.
The filling machine has a 1000ml cylinder, allowing it to fill a maximum of 1000ml per stroke. By having the machine perform multiple strokes, multiples of this amount can also be filled easily. For example, 2500ml can be filled by performing two strokes of 1250ml each. The smallest stroke is 100ml, and any amount between 100 and 1000ml can be filled in a single stroke. We also have models with a cylinder that can fill up to 5000ml per stroke.
Equipped with a suction hose, allowing the machine to draw directly from a drum or IBC. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine continuously fills, allowing for easy and quick filling of larger quantities. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace.
