Operation
The plastic waste material can easily be loaded into the machine via the insertion valve. When the machine is fully loaded, the insertion valve is closed and the machine is started. The plastic material is compressed by a combination of pressing and heating, whereby the outside of the plastic material is sealed around the package as a mantle.
Thereafter the package is cooled, and the pressing mechanism will return.
When ready, the machine gives an audio signal and the compacted package can be removed. After this the machine can be used again instantly.

The system was previously used to bale paper and cardboard from municipal collections. The contract was awarded elsewhere after the end of the contract period, so the complete system is for sale.
