Industrial Screw Conveyor with Feeding Hopper for Automatic Material Handling
The Screw Conveyor is designed for automatic conveying and feeding of bulk materials into dosing systems, storage hoppers, filling machines and packaging equipment.
The machine is suitable for handling polymer materials, flour, spices, dry food mixtures, powders and other bulk materials, including products with limited flowability.
The conveyor consists of a stainless steel screw, conveying tube, feeding hopper and electric drive.
The rotating screw transports material from the feeding hopper to the discharge outlet, providing continuous material flow to downstream equipment.
The conveyor is available in different conveying lengths and can be integrated into existing production and packaging lines.

2. Conveying System
The conveyor uses a rotating screw inside a conveying tube to transport bulk materials from the feeding hopper to the discharge outlet.

The 150-liter hopper provides temporary material storage and allows continuous feeding into the conveying system.
Available conveying lengths range from 3000 to 6000 mm.
