+ 24-hour operation possible
+ Compact design
+ High energy efficiency thanks to innovative hydraulics
+ Briquette density of up to ≥ 1 kg/l possible *Details after testing
Operating principle:
The machine has a silo with a stirrer. In each of the 4 corners of the storage silo, there is a vertical screw that compacts the material downwards into the compression chamber.
The machine operates with two cylinders, each of which compresses in two directions (either when the cylinder moves forward or backward). This results in 4 briquette outlets, each with 6 individual briquettes.
*ideal for automatic feeding
of the heating boiler
Format Ø 30 mm
Throughput up to a maximum of 310 kg/h
Motor power: approx. 27 kW (total)
Dimensions: 3.1 x 2.3 x 2.2 m
Weight: 3.55 tons
Your advantages:
Compact briquette/pellet format enables the firing of industrial furnaces via screw feed.
Fully automatic 24-hour operation possible.
High energy efficiency.
Briquettes/pellets with consistently high quality and density.
For automatic feeding into industrial furnaces
Small to medium quantities of wood chips, which are produced in the processing industry of various materials (especially wood, biomass, etc.), can be optimally compressed. The small Ø 30mm format is an attractive alternative. Unlike our conventional briquettes, these can be automatically fed into industrial furnaces.
In addition to wood, various other materials can also be processed without any problems (various biomass and agar-based materials).
