CONSTMACH JCV-3 is a three-chassis mobile crushing plant designed for high efficiency, specifically engineered for both crushing hard rocks and producing high-quality fine material. This system, combining the JC-3 mobile crushing plant with the V-90 mobile sand-making plant, processes durable materials such as granite and basalt with superior performance. The JCV-3 is manufactured with sophisticated engineering, using long-lasting components and high-quality steel parts.

The plant consists of three main modules: The first chassis includes a vibrating feed hopper, a bypass belt, and a powerful CJC-110 jaw crusher. The second chassis houses the METSO HP300 or equivalent cone crusher, a two-deck vibrating screen, and folding-type stockpile belts. The third chassis is equipped with a VSI 800 CR vertical shaft impact crusher, a three-deck vibrating screen, return belts, and a PLC-controlled automation system.

The JCV-3 has a production capacity of 250–300 tons/hour and processes materials up to a maximum size of 1,050 x 800 mm. It is possible to obtain five different product fractions simultaneously. The plant can be used in the field with minimal labor thanks to its quick assembly and commissioning feature. In addition, its portability and flexibility have been increased with options for an electric generator and a hydraulically openable system.
