Description

Horizontally cam driven, intermittent operating filling and sealing machine, to fill and handle pre-made pouches (flat, doypacks) with zipper. Suitable for large pre-made bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). One bag is handled per machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1 charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important when processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): L(110-310)xW(90-210)mm; filling capacity: max. 1600ml; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/minute; 4.5kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)2700x(W)970x(H)1400mm; weight: 900kg.
