Condition: excellent (used), PIERALISI Centrifugal Decanter – Stainless Steel PIERALISI industrial centrifugal decanter, designed for the continuous solid-liquid separation of products and suspensions using centrifugal force in industrial processes within the food industry. The equipment uses a high-speed horizontal drum with an internal screw conveyor, allowing for the continuous separation of phases with different densities. The solids are transported to the discharge area while the separated liquid phase is continuously evacuated. Its industrial construction in stainless steel, continuous operation, and compact design make this decanter a particularly interesting solution for processes that require clarification, separation, concentration, or solid recovery. Bedjzxcbfspfx Akneww MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: PIERALISI -Type: Horizontal centrifugal decanter -Application: Solid-liquid separation -Separation process using centrifugal force -Rotating horizontal drum -Internal screw conveyor for solid transport -Continuous separation and discharge -Continuous industrial operation -Construction primarily in stainless steel -Motorized drive -Protected work areas -Robust design for industrial use -Integrable into existing processing lines -Suitable for clarification and concentration processes PROCESS The PIERALISI decanter is designed to continuously separate components of different densities present in a pumpable product. The product enters the rotating drum, where the high centrifugal force causes the phases to separate. The denser solid components move towards the drum wall and are transported by the screw conveyor to the discharge, while the separated liquid phase is continuously evacuated. This principle allows for the following operations: Solid-liquid separation Clarification Solid concentration Dehydration Product recovery Separation of pulps and suspensions APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for food industries, fruit and vegetable processors, oils, juices, and other liquid products with suspended solids, depending on the equipment configuration. PIERALISI centrifugal decanters can be integrated with feed pumps, tanks, filtration systems, clarification systems, and other separation or processing stages. Its continuous operation allows it to be incorporated as either a stand-alone unit or within a complete industrial line. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.
